Concept of Bliss Intelligent Technologies, India came into the existence in year 1998, when Shakti Singh Parmar (Founder of BLiSS) developed a Hindi Text To Speech Sysnthesizer. It was a little different invention than any other contemporary Hindi TTSs. The main difference was the quality of the output speech. This TTS was appreciated by various institutions and organizations.

After that, Bliss Intelligent Technologies, India has started a new wave in Artificially Intelligent Software Technologies. Now BLiSS is a pioneer among all the Text To Speech and Speech Recognition System development organizations in India.
BLiSS is trying to penetrate Information Technologies into the rural population. We are developing various E - Governance Software Systems, which are already popular among the masses of India. Ministry of Information Technology, India has acknowledged our work.

Bliss Intelligent Technologies, India is basically a self supported small group of researchers who are constantly doing research on Artificially Intelligent Software Technologies. At the same time BLiSS is developing various E-Governance systems for public interests.

Twenty first century begins with the convergence of technologies and consequent process of globalization. Information Technology has been instrumental in accelerating the process of economic growth.

In our multi - lingual country, Technology development for Indian Languages is very vital for gaining the popularity among the masses of India. Penetration of Information Technology into the rural India will demand more research on native languages.

Bliss Intelligent Technologies has started a little step in this field. We are introducing Hindi Text To Speech Synthesis System, Hindi Optical Character Recognition System, Hindi IIVRSs and various E-Governance Systems.

We are working in very tough conditions and facing lots of challenges. Despite of all the challanges and struggle, we are constantly moving ahead.
